But radio host Batya Ungar-Sargon says the dividing line in American politics is more about class that religious belief. She tells NewsNation’s “On Balance” that highly educated Jews continue to support Democrats, though some working-class Jews are starting to back Trump. But she also notes that very few Americans, including Jews, cast their votes based on foreign policy. Meanwhile, author Chris Hahn pushed back on charges that Congressional Democrats are too silent on the campus protests, saying it’s not Congress’ job to dictate policy at Columbia and other universities.
